How Bavarian talent fuels Richard’s confidence

It was not until the beginning of October that Chris Richards celebrated his first eleven debut with the professionals of FC Bayern in a 4-3 victory against Hertha BSC. The youngster now revealed where he took his confidence – and raved

in the highest tones of Robert Lewandowski. “I know he’s one of the best strikers in the world,” said Richards, looking at the Polish attacker in an interview with the radio station “SiriusXM”.

In training, not much is expected of the American in direct matches between Richards and Lewandowski. “That’s why I just want to show everyone that I can be the young American who stops Lewandowski in training,” stressed the 20-year-old.
