Rangnick: “A lot of unrest” in Bavaria

In the title fight between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, Ralf Rangnick has nothing against a BVB triumph out of self-interest.

“If the Bavarians should let themselves be taken away from the championship with this good starting position, I think there would be a lot of unrest. That would certainly not be an advantage for the Bavarians in the preparation for the cup final”, the coach of RB Leipzig told the sports information service.

One week after the Bundesliga finals, Leipzig and Munich will play the final of the DFB Cup at the Berlin Olympiastation. But Rangnick also said, “We’re basically just looking at ourselves and we’re going to prepare for the game in the best possible way.”
