Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim has signed the Togolese national team player Ihlas Bebou of relegated Hannover 96. The offensive player signed a four-year contract with the Kraichgauern until 30 June 2023. According to media reports, the fixed transfer fee for the Bundesliga relegation from 96 is ten million euros.
“Ihlas is one of the fastest players in the Bundesliga and can be used variably in the offensive,” said Alexander Rosen, TSG Director Professional Football: “In addition, he is technically and playfully strong, so he is extremely difficult to defend and can be a real difference player.
Bebou, ten-time Togo international, moved from Fortuna Düsseldorf to Hanover in the summer of 2017 and has since played 41 Bundesliga games. This season, Bebou only made eleven appearances due to a muscle and tendon injury, but still scored four goals and delivered three points.
