According to information from Goal and SOCCERSCORE, Juventus Turin hopes to be able to announce Adrien Rabiot’s commitment this week. The Frenchman is free this summer after refusing to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
Rabiot has received an offer from the Turin-based company for a long-term contract guaranteeing him an annual salary of seven million euros. Over the past few days, Juves Sports Director Fabio Paratici has met with Rabiots mother and consultant Veronique and tried to convince them of his offer.
Following the appointment of Maurizio Sarri, who will be training Juve in the coming season, the Italians want to close their deals on the transfer market quickly in order to provide the coach with the players he wants.
Rabiot are also said to have been of interest to Barcelona, Tottenham and Liverpool, but now it looks as if Juve will be able to take the second free midfielder after Aaron Ramsey from FC Arsenal this summer.
