Allegri feels “betrayed” by Juventus

Juventus Turin’s former coach Massimiliano Allegri feels betrayed by the club officials after leaving Turin. That’s what his advisor and mentor Giovanni Galeone revealed.

“Allegri was very upset and felt betrayed by Juventus. He was completely abandoned by President Andrea Agnelli,” Galeone told the newspaper Il Fatto Quotidiano.

Despite winning the Serie A championship again, the Italian was thrown out by Juventus and replaced by Maurizio Sarri.

Galeone himself has never been a fan of the Bianconeri: “He hasn’t got over it yet, but I advised him years ago to leave Juventus. I’ve had problems with Juve since 1958, they’re arrogant and think they own everything,” Galeone said.
