Vincius Junior has talked about a possible transfer of world champion Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid, stressing that he has no doubt that the 20-year-old from Paris Saint-Germain will play for the royals in the foreseeable future.
“I think he’ll be coming soon. His future lies in Madrid,” the 18-year-old told the French television station TF1. He stressed: “Of course I know that Real Madrid fans dream of Mbappe. But not only Madrid’s. Everybody wants him here.”
However, a transfer in summer is unlikely. Mbappe is still under contract with the French champion until 2023 and President Nasser Al-Khelaifi ruled out a farewell in the current transfer window.
Vinicius also let it be known that he was already in contact with the French national player: “We don’t really know each other, but we write about Instagram News.”
In the next few tones, the outside left praised Mbappe: “I admire him very much. He’s won a lot of titles. If he really should come here, that would be very good.”
