Hope for an earlier start time.
The restart of Spanish professional football will probably take place on 8 June instead of 12.
This was declared by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Saturday. However, the Spanish professional league would still have to agree to this date. Recently there had been speculation in the media that the season in La Liga, which had been suspended since 12 March, could be continued with the city derby between FC Sevilla and Betis Sevilla on 12 June.
With eleven games to go, FC Barcelona are two points clear of arch-rivals Real Madrid at the top of the standings. Javier Tebas, president of La Liga, has estimated the financial loss in the event of a season break-off at around one billion euros.
