Jovic switch to Real apparently burst

Published on

The future of Eintracht Frankfurt’s striker Luka Jovic is still in the stars. According to the Spanish TV station La Sexta, the transfer of the Serbian goalscorer from Hessen to the Spanish record holder Real Madrid, which had already been reported as perfect, was cancelled because the two clubs could not agree on the transfer fee.

Accordingly, Eintracht demands 100 million euros for the 21-year-old, but Real does not want to pay more than 60 million.

FC Barcelona is now being traded as the new employer of Jovic, which has a contract with Eintracht until 2023.

A few days ago, the Spanish daily newspaper As and the German TV channel Sky announced that the transfer from Jovic to Real was perfect.

As a 19-year-old, Jovic moved from Lisbon to Frankfurt in the summer of 2017 and celebrated his DFB Cup victory with Eintracht last summer.

In the current Bundesliga season the attacker scored 17 goals, in the Europa League he scored ten goals in 14 games.
