Zinedine Zidane (47) has returned to the training camp of Spanish record holder Real Madrid.
The royals confirmed that on Tuesday. The French coach had “led the training on the premises of the Montreal Impact club in the morning,” the club said. Real is currently preparing for the new season in Canada.
Due to the death of his brother Farid (54), the Real coach had left the training camp last Friday for Marseille. In the absence of Zidane, his assistant David Benotti had led the training.
Real will play Bayern Munich in Houston on 21 July as part of the International Champions Cup.
