A change from Real Madrid’s superstar Gareth Bale to FC Bayern is not an issue. Jonathan Barnett, the 29-year-old wing forward’s advisor, even described the rumours on Monday at ESPN as “garbage”.
Various English media, including the tabloid Sun, had reported last weekend on “good talks” between Munich and Bale about a one-year loan deal. It was said that the left foot should succeed Arjen Robben at the FCB.
Barnett doesn’t think that’s gonna happen. Nevertheless, it can be assumed that Bale will leave Real this summer. The relationship between him and coach Zinedine Zidane is considered shattered, and the Spanish record champion has already signed Eden Hazard, a new exceptional on the sidelines.
Bale’s royal contract runs until 2022.
