Real Madrid are planning for next season without Gareth Bale, Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente. According to the Marca, coach Zinedine Zidane told the trio in a one-on-one interview that they could look for a new club.
Bale still has a contract with the royals until 2022 and actually wanted to stay in the Spanish capital, but the Welsh has now finally no future in the Bernabeu.
The 29-year-old had already been disregarded by Zidane over the weekend against FC Villarreal, even though Zidane had still been wooed off: “That’s no indication. They can interpret what they want. I have to make a squad list and someone has to stay outside,” he had explained.
29-year-old Bale is set to fancy a return to the Premier League, where he played for Tottenham Hotspur and FC Southampton before moving to the Royals. Also FC Bayern Munich seems to be an option for Bale.
The contracts of the two central midfielders Ceballos and Llorente will run until 2023 and 2021. While Ceballos will have 23 LaLiga matches in the current season, Llorente was only allowed to run in the league six times.
Gareth Bale was often only substituted in the current season and therefore comes to little playing time.
