United probably thinks about Atletico keeper Oblak

Premier League record champion Manchester United apparently intends to withdraw the exit clause of Atletico keeper Jan Oblak. This was reported by the American TV station ESPN.

The goalkeeper of Spain’s top club United could replace the weak David de Gea as regular goalkeeper. Oblak’s fixed transfer fee is 120 million euros.

Only this month the Atleti goalkeeper signed a new working paper with the Rojiblancos, which binds him to the club until 2023, in which the clause is anchored.

Although the Slovenian national goalkeeper has repeatedly emphasised that he feels comfortable in Madrid, rumours of a change of direction are still persistent. Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea FC were always considered interested in the 26-year-old.

If you believe ESPN’s information, the keeper will find himself in a similar situation to Antoine Griezmann: the Slovenian also hopes that Atletico will strengthen their position with several top stars to stand up to FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. In addition, Oblak should only consider a club that will also kick in the premier league next season.

There will definitely be something going on at the Madrid City Club this summer: Lucas Hernandez leaves the club for Bayern Munich, while Diego Godin, Juanfran and Filipe Luis all have no contract at the end of the season. In addition, the two midfield stars Saul Niguez and Rodri are the subject of hot speculations.
