“Spieleragent” Rüdiger works on Havertz deal

Poker around Kai Havertz is picking up pace. The 21-year-old could leave Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2020. FC Bayern München was long regarded as a favourite on the transfer. But BVB, FC Liverpool, FC Chelsea and Real Madrid are also mentioned time and again as possible new clubs. International Antonio Rüdiger has admitted to playing a significant role in the transfer of Timo Werner to Chelsea. He advised both the club bosses of London and his DFB colleague.

Now the inside defender is supposedly working behind the scenes on the transfer of Kai Havertz. This is reported by “Bild” reporter Christian Falk. “Spieleragent” Rüdiger has been in contact with Bayer Leverkusen’s offensive player for several weeks to convince him of a move to the Blues.
