Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has left his future at Old Trafford open, although the Premier League transfer window has been closed since 8 August. This means that United would no longer be able to commit a replacement in the event of a possible departure.
“I always feel good when I play soccer. I do what I love – it’s my job,” Pogba told RMC Sport. “I will go to my maximum every time I stand on the lawn.”
Nevertheless, the 26-year-old Frenchman made no secret of the fact that he does not necessarily see himself with the Red Devils for the long term. “We know certain things have been said,” says Pogba. “Time will tell. It still leaves that big question mark.”
For the moment he is “in Manchester. I have fun with my teammates and I always want to win all games. I’ll always give my all when I’m standing on the lawn.”
Pogba has been associated with a transfer to Real Madrid this summer, but Manchester United have been crossed so far. A return to the ex-club Juventus Turin was also a topic again and again.
