Klopp collects sympathy points with a curious letter

With his uncomplicated and approachable manner, Jürgen Klopp has taken the hearts of FC Liverpool fans by storm. Now the former BVB coach has once again made positive headlines with a curious action and brought joy to a young Manchester United fan.

In the Premier League, Liverpool FC under Klopp simply play in a different world this season. After missing out on the championship by just one point last season, the Reds are heading for their first league title in 30 years this season.

The fact that Liverpool are now 22 points ahead of their closest rivals, Manchester City, does not please all fans on the island, however. Fans of rivals Manchester United in particular are far from thrilled by the Klopp side’s high spirits. The two clubs have for decades been linked by what is probably the greatest enmity in English football.
