FC Everton has signed midfielder Fabian Delph. The 29-year-old comes from the Premier League competitor Manchester City and receives a three-year contract with the Toffees. The clubs made no statement about the transfer fee for Delph, which was still under contract with City until 2020.
Delph is England’s current national player and has played 20 games for the Three Lions since 2014. At Everton, he is the third addition to the current transfer period after the firm commitment of Portuguese player Andre Gomes (FC Barcelona) on loan and former Mainz keeper Jonas Lössl (Huddersfield).
