The English national football team will have to give up Jordan Henderson and Raheem Sterling in the Nations-League match against Iceland on Wednesday (8.45 p.m.).
Liverpool captain Henderson labored on a bruise from the Belgium game (0-2) on Sunday in Löwen, ManCity attacker Sterling complained of calf problems.
Both players have now returned to their clubs.England’s team manager Gareth Southgate still has 22 players available to play at Wembley Stadium.
