The German national team are back in the top ten of the FIFA World Ranking after their two sovereign successes in the European Championship qualifiers against Belarus (2-0) and Estonia (8-0).
The team of national coach Joachim Löw, who had last been coached by his assistant Marcus Sorg, climbed with 1582 points by two positions to eleventh place.
Belgium (1746), third in the world championships, continues to lead the ranking, followed by world champions France (1718) and record world champions Brazil (1681).
