Bundesliga: Schalke apparently agrees with Robin Gosens

FC Schalke 04 apparently agrees with Robin Gosens of Atalanta Bergamo on a transfer. It is now up to the two clubs to agree on a transfer fee. That’s what the WAZ reports.

Gosens (contract until 2020) had attracted attention last season with good performances. In 28 Serie A games, the 25-year-old left-back scored three goals and two assists. He qualified third with Atalanta for the Champions League.

Schalke had announced the commitment of Benito Raman of Fortuna Düsseldorf on Friday after long negotiations. Markus Schubert was also a new keeper. Ralph Fährmann left the club on loan to Norwich City.
