Spanish runners-up Atletico Madrid are said to be interested in signing Croatian national player Ante Rebic of Eintracht Frankfurt. That’s what the picture says.
The Rojiblancos are therefore looking for a suitable successor for the world champion due to Antoine Griezmann’s imminent farewell and also have Rebic in their sights. There is a rumoured redemption in the amount of around 40 million euros.
According to the report, Atletico is also an attractive option for the 25-year-old, as coach Diego Simeone’s team will play in the Champions League next season. In contrast, the SBU had narrowly missed its entry into the premier class.
In addition to Atletico, Inter Milan was also recently traded as a potential buyer for the 28-time Croatian national player. Rebic played 28 games for the SGE in the past season and scored ten goals. His contract in Frankfurt runs until 2022.
