Bundesliga: Kehl pissed off after test match: "More has to come to impose itself"

Sebastian Kehl has criticized the appearance of some BVB players after Borussia Dortmund won 4:0 in the test game at Prussia Münster on Saturday.

“I didn’t like a few things. Today it was important that one or the other shows up. There could have been more,” said the head of the license player department.

And Kehl continues: “In the first half there was little speed in the game, many cross passes, little movement, little depth. Everything we expect from our game. To impose, to leave an impression, more has to come.”

The Dortmund team was not really challenged by the third league team and did not do much more than was absolutely necessary. Thanks to the goals of Leonardo Balerdi (24th), Dan-Axel Zagadou (77th) and Mario Götze (85th, 87th) it was still possible to achieve a loose victory.

In addition to the result, there was another good news for the BVB: Julian Brandt was able to play for 45 minutes after his adductor injury.

“The half-time was very important to me. There certainly could have been one or two things that fit better. But I got out of the game healthy. I will now continue to work individually,” said the newcomer.

The list of the BVB in Münster: Oelschlägel – Hakimi, Zagadou, Balerdi, Schmelzer – Delaney, Dahoud – Wolf (66./Sergio Gomez), Götze, Brandt (46./Tobias Raschl) – Bruun Larsen.
