FC Bayern Munich allegedly deals with an engagement of offensive player Max Kruse from Werder Bremen. As reported by Sport1, the 31-year-old would probably be a backup for Robert Lewandowski.
Kruse, who scored eleven goals for the green-whites in the past season, would be free of charge. Only a few days ago, the striker had announced that he would not extend his contract on the Weser.
According to Sport1, however, there are no concrete negotiations with the German record champion yet, although it is clear that Kruse wants to sign another last big contract. FC Liverpool should also be interested.
In any case, the Bavarians will have a new alternative in the offensive in the coming season: Jann-Fiete Arp will move from Hamburger SV to the Isar. This was confirmed by the striker on Sunday.
