Hoeneß speaks power: Job guarantee for Kovac

Uli Hoeneß has assured that Niko Kovac will continue to coach FC Bayern Munich in the coming season.

“There’s no question that next year’s coach will be Niko Kovac. That’s not a question for a second,” said the president of Bavaria during the double celebration on Marienplatz opposite Sky. On the ARD, Hoeneß followed up: Kovac remains “one hundred percent” coach of the double winner.

When asked whether he was in agreement with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Hoeneß replied: “Of course.” Recently, the two Bavarian bosses had repeatedly made contradictory statements.
