As the English Mirror reports, Leroy Sane would rather stay with Manchester City than switch to FC Bayern Munich. Since last week, the 23-year-old wing forward has been training with his team again.
According to the report, FC Bayern has not yet submitted an official offer for Sane. Allegedly, City would accept an offer of around 110 million euros. Then Sane himself would have to make a change, which is still under contract until 2021.
FC Bayern has presented its new away jersey for the coming season. As already often in the past, it is kept also this time in white. FC Bayern have already won three European Cups in white jerseys: 1967 (European Cup Winners’ Cup), 1976 (European Cup National Champions’ Cup) and 1996 (UEFA Cup).
The chairman of the board Karl-Heinz Rummenigge defended FC Bayern’s exhausting trip to the USA. “There is no alternative to these trips,” he tells SID about the ten-day USA trip starting Monday. “I don’t see the preparation burdened in any way. On the contrary, our players like such trips.”
