Bundesliga: Dortmund's Guerreiro a topic in Barcelona?

Borussia Dortmund could apparently hand over Raphael Guerreiro to FC Barcelona. Axel Witsel starts a career as a winemaker. Talent Tobias Mißner leaves the club for Wehen Wiesbaden. Here you can find all news and rumours about the BVB.

Borussia Dortmund’s Raphael Guerreiro has offered himself to FC Barcelona, according to a SPORT report. According to various reports, the Portuguese is looking for an opportunity to leave the BVB this summer and has probably aroused interest in Catalonia.

FC Barcelona are currently looking for an alternative to Jordi Alba in the left-back position. Guerreiro’s offensive drive would fit well into the club’s concept, but is currently only one of many names traded. In addition to their own plants Marc Cucurella and Juan Miranda, Filipe Luis (Atletico Madrid) and Junior (Real Betis) were also named recently.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Guerreiro had already been observed by the Catalans when Luka Jovic, among others, was spotted in the Bundesliga. Barca is also supposed to see a potential replacement for Ousmane Dembele on the left outer lane in the 25-year-old. The kicker had recently announced that PSG was also interested in Guerreiro.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Axel Witsel has started a second career. The Belgian has gone among the winegrowers. Witsel has already found a buyer for his wine called “Parcellaire 28” in friend Marc Carnevale. He sells the drink in his restaurant in Liège for around 24 euros per bottle.

Currently, around 600 bottles have been extracted from the more than 100-year-old vine, but according to a report in Bild, Witsel wants to increase this. This means that 1,800 bottles are scheduled for 2020. “I discovered wine when I was 20, when my dad first took me to my friend Marc Carnevale in Sabots d’Helene,” Witsel told the Belgian newspaper La Meuse.

Borussia Dortmunds loses the defensive talent Tobias Mißner shortly after winning the German A-Junior-Championship. The left-back changes to Wehen Wiesbaden and wants to cause a sensation with the second league promoted team. He leaves the BVB on the basis of his expiring contract and signs in Wiesbaden until 2021.

“Tobias has undergone the entire training at BVB in the junior division and should take his next step with us as a left-back,” said SVWW sports director Christian Hock coach Rüdiger Rehm, recognizing “a lot of talent” and “a lot of development potential” in Mißner.

The 19-year-old would probably have had to line up at BVB behind newcomer Nico Schulz, among others.
