Bayer interested in Arsenal captain?

Published on

Laurent Koscielny of FC Arsenal could strengthen Bayer Leverkusen’s defensive from next season. L’Equipe reports this with the reference that Arsenal is ready to hand over the 33-year-old Frenchman in summer.

According to the renowned French newspaper, AC Milan, AS Monaco and Stade Rennes are also interested in Koscielny in addition to Bayer. The contract of the former national player in London expires in 2020.

Koscielny, who has played for the Gunners for nine years, would form an exciting centre-back duo with Jonathan Tah in the Werkself. Koscielny had missed the start of the Premier League season.

According to the report, Bayer is also interested in the 22-year-old Martin Terrier from Olympique Lyon, but the third in the Ligue 1 table apparently does not want to give up his left wing.
