FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are allegedly courting the services of left-back Philipp Max of FC Augsburg. This reports the Spanish sport.
Barca has been looking for weeks for a back-up for Jordi Alba, most recently Junior Firpo from Real Betis was traded again and again. According to the report, Max would probably be available for around 25 million euros.
PSG, too, are said to have entered the poker world around the 25-year-old defensive man, with coach Thomas Tuchel hoping to guide his compatriot to France.
Should Max actually move to the French capital, the paper will also bring Jerome Roussillon of Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg into play as another Barca alternative.
