Confusion about Ante Rebic! After it was recently said that the vice world champion, who is currently on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt to AC Milan, should not be sold this summer, an agreement is now apparently pending.
As transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio reports, the Rossoneri have reached an agreement in principle with Rebic on a fixed commitment. Only last details remain to be clarified with the SGE.
However, following reports from Italian and German media in recent months of a premature transfer from Ante Rebic to AC Milan (and André Silva to Eintracht Frankfurt), Eintracht Frankfurt and the Italian traditional club have agreed on a different variant according to “Sport Bild”.
Accordingly, both clubs intend to extend the rentals of Rebic and Silva, which actually run only until the summer of 2021, by another year until the summer of 2022. By the start of the Bundesliga on 18 September at the latest, the Frankfurt managers in the Causa want a final decision, the magazine reported last week.
