Atletico Madrid is apparently interested in Ozan Kabak from VfB Stuttgart. As Sky reports, the Madrilenians are prepared to put a lot of money on the table for the central defender. Sky also denies the exit clause reported in the picture in case of a descent of the Swabians.
Atletico Madrid is said to be prepared to pay 30 to 40 million euros for the Turk. Lucas Hernandez, one of Diego Simeone’s current central defenders, will move to FC Bayern Munich this summer, leaving a gap in the defence. Also Diego Godin will probably leave the Rojiblancos.
On Tuesday, Bild reported that Kabak was allowed to leave VfB in the event of a decline for 15 million euros. Stuttgart is currently ranked 16th in the Bundesliga and would have to be relegated.
Ozan Kabak had only switched to the Bundesliga in winter. The Stuttgart company transferred eleven million euros to Galatasaray. Since then he has played eleven games over the full distance, Stuttgart-Torwart Ron-Robert Zieler recently predicted a great future for him in the Goal Interview.
