Lampard annoys: Is Chelsea strengthening in the wrong positions?

FC Chelsea may even end the season with a title, in the FA Cup final, city rivals Arsenal are waiting on August 1st. The bigger goal, however, is the Champions League qualification, for which the Blues have to get their defense under control against Wolverhampton.

32, 35, 36, 54, 39, 38. And yet FC Chelsea is in the middle of the top six of the Premier League, with good prospects for direct championship league qualification.

The score is decent, with Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and possibly even Kai Havertz, the Blues 2020/21 offensive will probably cause a stir throughout the league. However, the renovation of Chelsea’s largest construction site is not being promoted.

While Liverpool, ManCity, ManUnited, Leicester and Wolverhampton face a little less or slightly more than one goal per game, Frank Lampard’s team has a serious defensive problem.
