Promise broken – Oblak probably wants to go away

Goalkeeper Jan Oblak apparently wants to leave Atletico Madrid this summer. ESPN reports that the Slovenian sees bloodletting in the Rojiblancos’ squad as a broken promise. Manchester United is considered the favorite on a commitment.

The Madriders lose important support in summer with Antoine Griezmann, Lucas Hernandez, Diego Godin, Filipe Luis and Juanfran. Oblak therefore already sent a warning to the club. “I will stay as long as their ambitions match mine,” said the 26-year-old in early June at Ekipa.
