Eddy before BVB game: Mbappé undergoes Corona test

Paris Saint-Germain are worried about Kylian Mbappé’s appearance in the second round of the Champions League round of 16 against BVB on Wednesday (21:00). The star striker is not infected with the corona virus, however.

According to a report in the sports newspaper “L’Équipe”, Mbappé underwent a test on Tuesday. According to “Telefoot”, however, the test was negative. Other media also confirmed this report.

So far it was said that the French world champion suffers from angina. Mbappé missed the final training on Tuesday. The 21-year-old had not been able to train on Monday either.

“We are trying to get him fit to play. A decision will only be made on Wednesday evening,” said PSG coach Thomas Tuchel.
