60 million euros! Jovic apparently before Real change

According to Spanish media reports, Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic is about to change to the Spanish record champion Real Madrid. The sports daily AS reported that the 21-year-old is to move to the Spanish capital for 60 million euros and sign a six-year contract with the royals.

The Hessians are to receive 48 million, the remaining twelve million will go to his former club Benfica Lisbon.

Frankfurt had drawn the purchase option for the Serbian national player, who has been lent to Eintracht by Benfica until the end of the season, a good two weeks ago and thus bound him to himself until 2023.

As a 19-year-old, Jovic moved from Lisbon to Frankfurt in the summer of 2017 and celebrated his DFB Cup victory with Eintracht last summer.

In the current Bundesliga season Jovic has scored 17 goals so far, in the Europa League the attacker scores nine goals in 13 games. Most recently, Jovic scored 1-1 against Chelsea FC in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final.
