Guardiola puts itself under pressure to succeed

Team manager Pep Guardiola from England’s top club Manchester City put pressure on himself before the restart in the European Cup. “If I don’t win the Champions League, I’ve failed,” said the 49-year-old in the “DAZN”interview. “But the most important thing is to try.”

Guardiola, with City, is in the sixteenth round of the Royal League. In the first leg, the Skyblues beat Spanish record champion Real Madrid 2-1 before the Corona break.

The second leg starts on August 7th (21:00) in Manchester. It is there that the decision is made as to who will participate in the final tournament in Lisbon.
