Vogt another topic at FC Bayern?

Bundesliga: Vogt another topic at FC Bayern?

FC Bayern Munich is apparently thinking again about signing Hoffenheim’s Kevin Vogt. Lucas Hernandez is already here, Ousmane Dembele from FC Barcelona could follow. Leroy Sane has another piece of evidence. Here you can find all news and rumours about the FCB.

According to Sky, FC Bayern is again interested in Kevin Vogt from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim after Mats Hummels has left Munich. Vogt could, should Jerome Boateng also go, be engaged as another alternative for central defense.

Already last year Vogt was regarded as a possible dream player of coach Niko Kovac, but a transfer was not realized. Vogt can play in defensive midfield as well as in central defense and knows the game in three- and four-chains. In Sinsheim he is an important performer.

Equipped with a contract until 2022, Vogt would, however, cost a replacement. According to Sky, however, this should not be an obstacle for FC Bayern. Last summer, the kicker spoke of six to eight million euros – but that was before Vogt’s extension in August 2018.

According to France Football, FC Bayern Munich has intensified its bidding for Ousmane Dembele from FC Barcelona. Sports director Hasan Salihamidzic is said to have already made contact with those responsible regarding the 22-year-old’s commitment. The kicker had recently reported that there was also a non-binding meeting with one of the consultants.

According to the report from France, FC Bayern wants to commit Dembele “unconditionally” and “by all means”. All funds would probably mean a redemption of over 100 million euros – Dembele cost Barcelona 105 million euros in the summer of 2017, in the meantime the sum has risen to around 125 million euros.

Even rival Borussia Dortmund could be happy about a transfer of Dembeles to Munich: The BVB earns another 20 million euros from a resale. In Barcelona Dembele is under contract until 2022, but could have to make room for Neymar and / or Antoine Griezmann.

FC Bayern Munich presented newcomer Lucas Hernandez on July 1. The defensive player came from Atletico Madrid for around 80 million euros and posed for the first time in the record champion’s kit on Monday. Hernandez signed a contract until summer 2023.

“It makes me proud to represent this club and to play with it in all competitions,” said the Frenchman. The official presentation is to take place “around the training start” of FC Bayern in the coming week. Hernandez himself has been in training for a long time.

After his severe knee injury he worked hard on his comeback: “At the moment I am continuously training. I hope to be one hundred percent fit at the start of the season. I go step by step and improve every day.” He wants to win “many titles” with FC Bayern: “That’s the most important thing in football.”

Far from proof, but a possible indication: Leroy Sane played an important role in the presentation of the new Manchester City jersey at the start of the week. The German national player is standing in the front row on a prominent poster – this suggests that the citizens expect to see Sane in the same jersey.

In the, publicly confirmed, advertising of FC Bayern for the German national player seemed to come to a standstill at last. Sane is still on vacation. Further developments are not expected until his return. What’s clear is that Manchester City wants to hold the wingman.
