Uncovered: Gladbach turned down mega-offer for Pléa
Borussia Mönchengladbach apparently turned down an extremely lucrative offer for Alassane Pléa in winter.
According to information from “Sport Bild”, FC Barcelona inquired about a lightning transfer from Pléa in January shortly before the transfer was due to end. According to the information, the Catalan’s inquiry is said to have gone through a middleman.
Allegedly Gladbach sports director Max Eberl was promised a transfer of 40 to 50 million euros for the top striker of the foal team.
