Sane despite Perisic loan to FC Bayern?

Bundesliga: Sane despite Perisic loan to FC Bayern?

FC Bayern Munich allegedly wants to take the injured Leroy Sane despite a possible commitment by Ivan Perisic. Javi Martinez is out indefinitely, while Lucas Hernandez is making progress. An offer for Dani Olmo was unsuccessful. Here you can find all news and rumours about the FCB.

According to kicker and Bild, FC Bayern Munich will continue to hire Leroy Sane from Manchester City even after a successful transfer of Ivan Perisic. The purchase of the Croatian from Inter Milan would therefore not be a reason for those responsible to reject the plan with Sane.

However, it should not be clear when Sane could finally come to Munich. Both papers consider a transfer in summer 2019 to be just as possible as in winter 19/20 or even next summer. One way or the other, the national player is to move to Munich sooner or later. His contract with City runs until 2021.

Meanwhile, Perisic probably takes up only a small part of the budget allocated for the Sane-Transfer. According to reports, the 30-year-old will be borrowed for a fee of five million euros and could be taken on permanently for 20 to 25 million euros after the one-year loan, depending on the report. The loan of a second player is also not excluded according to kicker.

While the magazine mentions Gareth Bale (Real Madrid) in this context, Timo Werner (RB Leipzig) and Steven Bergwijn (PSV Eindhoven) have not yet received a final rejection from the FCB.

FC Bayern Munich will also have to do without Javi Martinez in the coming days. Niko Kovac confirmed this to the kicker: “He can’t do more than he’s doing at the moment.” In this case this means training on the ergometer. Martinez had injured his knee in a 6-1 victory over Fenerbahce in the Audi Cup.

Lucas Hernandez, on the other hand, who joined the FC Bayern team in the training camp at Tegernsee, is making progress. “We must lead him slowly and not throw him into the fire immediately,” Kovac filed. For the starting eleven in the DFB Cup against Energie Cottbus (Mo., 20.30 o’clock in the Liveticker) he is not yet an option.

FC Bayern Munich is apparently looking for another wing player. According to a report by Munich-based tz, an offer by the record holder for Spanish winger Dani Olmo was rejected by his club Dinamo Zagreb. The FCB is said to have offered around 28 million euros for the 21-year-old.

Olmo was also courted by Bayer Leverkusen, Manchester United and FC Everton in the current transfer summer. However, as Leverkusen have completed their plans without the Spaniard and the transfer period in England has now expired, FC Bayern could benefit from the reduced competition.

The reason for Zagreb’s negative attitude could be that Olmo should still contribute to the successful Champions League qualification. In addition, the association is said to have submitted an offer for extension until 2024. This reports 24sata.
