Ribery apparently moves to the desert

Franck Ribery has apparently decided to move to Qatar or Saudi Arabia. The former FC Bayern Munich player will sign his new employment contract this Friday.

As the picture reports, Ribery has decided to move to the Arabian Peninsula. Already on Thursday he apparently completed the obligatory medical check at Säbener Straße before a change and will probably travel to the destination country today.

However, the tabloid newspaper was not able to announce the club at that time. Either way, it seems clear that staying in Europe or even in Germany was ultimately not an option for the 36-year-old. Recently there had been rumours that Ribery could join Eintracht Frankfurt.

The left wing player played for FC Bayern from 2007 to 2019. However, his contract with the record champion was not extended beyond 30 June. Finally, Ribery stressed that he wanted to make a decision that would also suit his family.
