Peter Stöger coach candidate at HSV

The HSV is supposed to part with coach Hannes Wolf after their missed promotion to the German Bundesliga. Peter Stöger is traded as a possible successor.

A lot will change at Hamburger SV, the big goal of promotion after only one season in second place was buried on the penultimate matchday. Planning for year two in the second Bundesliga is underway. Peter Stöger should also be a possible candidate to succeed Hannes Wolf. The courier has learned from Stöger that no one from the traditional North German club has approached him yet. Peter Stöger won the championship title with Austria as coach in 2013. As a player he won the championship three times with the violets and the cup three times. As sports director under Frank Stronach, he won two championships and two cups. From December 2017 to summer 2018 he was coach at Borussia Dortmund.
