Ribery probably negotiating with Holland club

Franck Ribery, the long-time Bundesliga professional, is apparently negotiating with the Dutch first division team PSV Eindhoven.

As Bild and Sport Bild report, a Frenchman’s move to Al-Nasr Riyadh in Saudi Arabia has burst and Riberys long-time teammate Mark van Bommel is planning to bring the 36-year-old into the Eredivisie.

The problem of the Dutch could only be the salary claims of the wingman. In Saudi Arabia, Ribery waved a net annual salary of five million euros – but since this sum could not be guaranteed to him, the change was cancelled despite advanced negotiations.

According to the report, Eintracht Frankfurt and various clubs from the Premier League (FC Arsenal, Manchester United and Aston Villa) also asked Ribery specifically. Since the wingman had assumed at that time, however, a change to Saudi Arabia, he should not have dealt seriously with the inquiries.
