Bundesliga: Bremen's squad planner Steidten moves to Leverkusen

Bayer Leverkusen has strengthened its sporting lead with Tim Steidten. The 40-year-old comes from the league competitor Werder Bremen, where he last worked as head of the management planning and scouting department. Steidten will also be responsible for these two fields on the Rhine.

“Tim Steidten has consistently proven himself in an extremely demanding field of activity over a long period of time,” said Leverkusen’s Sports Director Simon Rolfes: “He has strongly influenced the remarkable development and success of SV Werder over the past few years and has played a not inconsiderable part in making this possible.
